I’m a musician / producer / composer / sound designer living in Jakarta, Indonesia. I Have involved in various music projects and events for years in the Indonesian music scene. The bands are LAIN(my first band), Zeke And The Popo (my other band), Tika and The Dissidents (as producer and musical director) and Sajama Cut (as guitarist).
I worked with film composers such as Aghi Narottama, Bemby Gustiand Ramondo Gascaro from Rooftop Sound (Janji Joni, Kala, Pintu Terlarang), Zeke Khaseli and Yudhi Arfani (Rumah Dara), Paul Augusta (From the very bottom of everything) and even contemporary and senior artists FX Harsono for his documentary feature short film. I also do scoring and composing for documentary film and televisions. Recently, i composed music for two documentary films for Metro TV Eagle Awards.
From January 2007 until October 2008, I was the Chief Operating Officer at Digital Beat. Digital Beat was a sister company of Blitz Megaplex that specialize in digital music distribution. The first and the biggest digital music store in Indonesia.
In 2009, I worked with Kartika Jahja (Tika and The Dissidents) for her second album “The Headless Songstress” and collaborate with another producer Nikita Dompas. The album was praised by critiques and regarded as one of the best albums of 2009 according to Rolling Stone Indonesia.
In 2010, I’m responsible for all the Sound Design and effects for Onrop Musikal, the first Musical play from film director Joko Anwar, regarded as the best musical play in 2010 also by Rolling Stone Indonesia.
I am currently active with my new rock band Raksasa as a guitarist.
